About An-Nur School
An-Nur Islamic Science School was founded in 2010 with a clear vision: to create an institution where children receive a world-class academic education without compromising their Islamic identity. What started as a small classroom with 30 students has grown into a thriving school community of over 1,200 students.
Our Mission
To provide an integrated education that combines authentic Islamic knowledge with modern academic disciplines, producing graduates who are faithful to Allah, grounded in the Quran and Sunnah, and equipped with the knowledge and skills to contribute positively to society.
Our Vision
To be the leading Islamic science school in Bangladesh — a model institution that demonstrates how Islamic values and academic excellence not only coexist but strengthen each other, inspiring a generation of Muslim leaders, scholars, scientists, and professionals.
Our Foundation
Core Values
These principles guide everything we do — from how we teach to how we treat one another.
Ilm (Knowledge)
We believe in the pursuit of knowledge as an act of worship. Both sacred and worldly knowledge are integral to a Muslim's growth.
Taqwa (God-consciousness)
Everything we do is rooted in consciousness of Allah. We instill reverence, gratitude, and accountability in our students.
Ukhuwwah (Brotherhood)
We foster a sense of community and mutual respect among students, teachers, and families — like one body.
Ihsan (Excellence)
We strive for excellence in all things. The Prophet (PBUH) said: 'Allah loves that when you do something, you do it with excellence.'
Amanah (Trust)
Education is a sacred trust. We are accountable to parents, students, and ultimately to Allah for the education we deliver.
Tarbiyah (Holistic Nurturing)
Beyond academics, we nurture the spiritual, emotional, social, and physical dimensions of every child.
